By using Planning Llama ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them.

The Service

Planning Llama is a free, anonymous planning poker tool for agile teams. No sign-up or account is required. Room settings — the room name, card deck and issue tracker link — are stored so a room can be reused. When votes are revealed, the result (item title, ticket ID, participant nicknames, and individual vote values) is saved to the room's estimation history and is visible to anyone in the same room. You can delete individual history entries at any time from the Sessions panel. Rooms that fall inactive are purged automatically along with their history. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to transmit illegal, abusive, or harmful content
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Use automated tools to create or flood rooms at scale

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use it at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planning Llama and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last updated.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
